Farm Stay Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successful.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must provide valid government-issued ID at check-in.
  • Any damage to property, equipment, or furnishings during the stay will be charged to the guest.
  • Guests are expected to respect the environment, animals, and other guests at the farm.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

5. Swimming Pool Usage

  • The swimming pool is available for use by guests during designated hours only: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • No lifeguard on duty – guests swim at their own risk.
  • Children under 14 years must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Proper swimwear is mandatory.
  • Running, diving, or rough play around the pool is prohibited.
  • Guests must shower before entering the pool and avoid swimming after consuming alcohol.
  • Bilva Farms is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal items lost at or near the pool.

6. Child Policy

  • Children are welcome under adult supervision.
  • Parents are responsible for ensuring children's safety, especially around animals, water bodies, and open areas.

7. Pets

  • Guests may bring pets only with prior permission. Please inform us during booking.
  • Pets must be supervised at all times and not cause disturbance to others.

8. Safety & Conduct

  • The farm is a natural space — guests must take necessary precautions near water bodies, farm equipment, animals, and electric fencing if any.
  • Bilva Farms is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during the stay.
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the premises in case of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with farm rules.

9. Facilities & Services

  • Facilities like Wi-Fi, electricity, and water are provided but may be subject to natural limitations.
  • Certain amenities (like bonfire, farm tours, local meals, cycling, etc.) must be booked in advance or requested during booking.

10. Force Majeure

Bilva Farms shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
