  • Unavailability of the product(s) due to unforeseen farming conditions or other supply issues.
  • Errors in product listing, description, or pricing on our website.
  • Delivery address falling outside our designated serviceable areas.
  • Detection of any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

Should we need to cancel your order, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and initiate a full refund if any payment has already been made for the cancelled order or item(s).


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Your order was cancelled by Bilva Online.

Given the perishable nature of many of our products such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy items, we generally do not accept returns once the products have been delivered and accepted by you, unless they fall under the eligibility criteria for a refund due to damage, spoilage, or incorrect item (as mentioned in section 2.1).
